NecroHarvest Update
Hello everyone, Fruitloops here!
The dev team behind NecroHarvest has heard your feedback and has decided to make many changes to further improve and polish the game! Difficulty has been a big concern by many and has been largely addressed with this new patch alongside other things!
Changelog:
- Improved Player attack hitbox size allowing for better crowd control and more coverage for above and below the player
- Player is now much faster making maneuvering around enemies and getting to those pesky crows a lot easier!
- Villager mobs are now slower and easier to maneuver around, crows were made slightly faster to account for player mobility buffs
- Spawn rate for enemies have been moderately reduced and scale slower. Spawn rate is still decently high but not as ludicrously high as before and player now has way more tools to deal with crowds
- Plants now grant much much larger radius allowing for more area to plant stuff and will make safe zones for moving around from crowds a lot easier while not requiring anywhere near as many plants to have a decent amount of space. This is a big change that helped difficulty tremendously. I was only able to get 70-120s in the game formerly and now with some practice you can easily get 300s+ if not way more!
- SFX added! Improvements to main soundtrack as well!
- Plant now has a proper spawn animation.
- Player and enemies now flash upon getting hit, player also flashes when outside of the safe zone to better indicate when they are in danger!
- Lots more!
We might make some more adjustments based on feedback and will fix some small glitches (mostly with the crow turnarounds but expect that a bit later) but the game should be a significant improvemment and significantly more fun to play compared to before!
